9442ff41e1 devices: virtio: Support virtio suspend
Add support for virtio suspend feature, which is currently under
discussion upstream. This change implements a basic version of the
feature that simply defers interrupts while a device is suspended.
Device implementations can be quiesced to reduce their resource
consumption in later changes if necessary.

227f871e58 virtio_sys: move vhost ioctls to a Linux-only file
The vhost kernel interface is specific to Linux; factor it out to a
separate file so it can be more easily controlled with a cfg check.

The rest of the virtio_sys bindings are generated from Linux uapi

doc comment to match.

d3dff927db devices: virtio: scsi: Implement controlq
Currently crosvm's virtio-scsi implementation only handles requests from
the request queues. This commit handles requests in the controlq and
also implements a sub-action of MAINTENANCE IN command.

The control requests contain operations such as async task cancellation,
LUN reset, asynchronous notifications. The sub-action REPORT SUPPORTED
TASK MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS reports the supported actions, and we
currently implement LOGICAL UNIT RESET and TARGET RESET.

172dceda0d devices: virtio: scsi: Receive commands from virtqueue
This commit enables popping requests from virtqueue and processing them.
As for this commit, we pretend we do not have any SCSI device, therefore
we return status 3 (= VIRTIO_SCSI_S_BAD_TARGET) on every INQUIRY

This strategy makes the guest kernel boot successful but the scsi

03dd1feab7 Cargo.toml: depend on zerocopy 0.6 explicitly
Previously all of the zerocopy imports just used "*", but there are
API changes in zerocopy 0.7, so ensure we get a compatible version by
depending on 0.6 everywhere.

This is a no-op since Cargo.lock already specifies a 0.6.x version, but
it will prevent accidentally upgrading to 0.7.x without updating to the
new API.

2712fc59b1 bindgen: update kernel bindings to Linux 6.1
Switch to the ChromeOS v6.1 branch and regenerate all affected bindings
in the crosvm tree.

Some minor fixes were required in users of the bindings:
- KVM_SYSTEM_EVENT_RESET_FLAG_PSCI_RESET2 is available in the kernel now
  and was removed from the manually-added section of kvm_sys.
- The KVM system_event now contains an anonymous union, requiring a few
  renames.
- IORING_OP_* were moved into an enum, which required the enum name to
  be prefixed to the uses of those values.

7c6d8bec3f health-check: enforce blank line after copyright
While we are tweaking all of the copyright headers, let's take the

This includes a slightly ugly regex to allow the end of a C-style

not work well with third party crates as it forces us to commit the dot
file to the crate.

The patch modifies and uses the script that runs linux tests.
This patch also allows us to
- build/test child crate even if parent crate has disabled build/test.
- avoid building crosvm if it is not explicitly specified.

RIP short lived .windows_build_test_skip. You allowed us to run noop
kokoro tests.

0108238474 Upstream windows build/test script
The patch also adds files to skip building and testing crates on
windows. When we run
```
tools/windows/build_test.py --skip_file_name .windows_build_test_skip
```

the build/test succeeds without actually doing anything as build/test
for all crates is skipped by creating '.windows_build_test_skip'.

6b19695c81 Add "base" crate and transition crosvm usages to it from sys_util
For now, this crate simply re-exports all of sys_util, but it will
be updated to provide new interfaces when needed. This is the
first step to making crosvm not directly depend on sys_util, so
that we can make the interface changes we need without fear of
negatively affecting (i.e. completely breaking) other usages
within chromeos.

aecf9a4dee edition: Remove extern crate lines
In Rust 2018 edition, `extern crate` is no longer required for importing
from other crates. Instead of writing:

    extern crate dep;
    use dep::Thing;

we write:

    use dep::Thing;

In this approach, macros are imported individually from the declaring
crate rather than through #[macro_use]. Before:

    #[macro_use]
    extern crate sys_util;

After:

    use sys_util::{debug, error};

The only place that `extern crate` continues to be required is in
importing the compiler's proc_macro API into a procedural macro crate.
This will hopefully be fixed in a future Rust release.

    extern crate proc_macro;

633426a8fc edition: Fill in macro imports
Macros were previously imported through `#[macro_use] extern crate`,
which is basically a glob import of all macros from the crate. As of
2018 edition of Rust, `extern crate` is no longer required and macros
are imported individually like any other item from a dependency. This CL
fills in all the appropriate macro imports that will allow us to remove
our use of `extern crate` in a subsequent CL.

This is an easy step toward adopting 2018 edition eventually, and will
make any future CL that sets `edition = "2018"` this much smaller.

The module system changes in Rust 2018 are described here:

https://doc.rust-lang.org/edition-guide/rust-2018/module-system/path-clarity.html

Generated by running:

    cargo fix --edition --all
