Daniel Verkamp	587d5fab3d	vm_control: move send_recv_event test to base ... This test is unrelated to vm_control; it is testing base::Event and base::Tube functionality, so move it next to the existing Tube tests. The test module was also in the middle of the file for some reason, which caused clippy warnings in Rust 1.71. Dennis Kempin	b896b869e4	base: Extract integration tests ... The extracted tests rely on access to system devices or global state that prevent them from being run in parallel or in restricted environments. As an integration test they will be executed separately and single threaded. Updates the test runner to ensure integration tests are actually run single threaded as intended.
