Frederick Mayle cf10d03259 x86_64: move --pcie-ecam into --pci ... A breaking change, but we don't think anyone is actively using --pcie-ecam. Aligns with the new --pci argument for configure the PCI CAM region and allows us to delete the custom argument parser.
