Gurchetan Singh 19fa4fb207 rutabaga_gfx: kumquat: allow client user to set GPU socket path 
Clients may want to connect to a particular instance of
kumquat, in the case of multi-threaded tests that launch
multiple kumquats.  Add the proper API for it.
