Keiichi Watanabe 507b1f4f59 crosvm: Allow specyfing gdb feature on unsupported platform ... Don't cause compile error when the `gdb` feature is specified on unsupported platform (e.g. armhf). Instead, do nothing when it's specified. Also, enable "gdb" feature in all-armhf feature so it's tested in CI.
