On Intel, new noncoherent DMA mem flag can be set to allow KVM to recognize guest cache setting for EPT, which allows WC attribute to be applied to ensure guest memory access is synchronized in noncoherent DMA. Unlike previous POC for new device attribute, this uses new added flag for mem slot.
