David Stevens 5ebe30d0e5 wl: add support for host fences ... Add support for guest fences backed by host sync_files. Rather than adding a new fence type, fences are implemented as vfds that only support hup. The host simply waits on the sync_file and sends the guest a hup when the fence is signaled.
