Zihan Chen 96b24f0ccc crosvm: Convert DataInit to zerocopy 9/n ... This CL introduced a negligible amount of overhead as some read operations on some tiny data strucutres (acpi netlink events) are converted from zerocopy to single copy. Also fixed a naming mistake around PCI MSI and manually added padding to allow AsBytes to be derived.
