Vikram Auradkar eba2940049 upstream windows vmm_vhost ... Windows vmm_vhost differs from linux vmm_vhost mostly on the structures that it depends on. For example windows uses Tube for linux' UnixStream. The patch aliases some of these types in a platform specific file. Rest of the platform independent code depends on those aliases.
