Shintaro Kawamura 4a70373f29 swap: garbage collect uffds for detached hot plug devices ... When a hot plug device is detached, its uffd becomes dead. This commit adds a garbage collector to remove dead uffds and prevent the uffd list and obsolete opened file descriptors from growing indefinitely.
