Daniel Verkamp d78d1e48e9 devices: refer to vmm_vhost via path dependency ... Remove the crates.io patch from the top-level Cargo.toml and make devices point to the third_party/vmm_vhost location directly, since vmm_vhost has been forked in crosvm and cannot be replaced by the crates.io version anymore.
