David Stevens 8b2fdd034b cmos: Extend sci resampling to rtc ... Allow the RTC to re-assert the SCI when it is resampled, to make sure that wakeup events which occur during suspend actually wake up the guest. Similar to GPEs, cmos passes an Event that will be signaled when the RTC is cleared.
