Yuya Nishihara	0cbee40aec	cli: attach stderr stream of external diff command to pager ... It's messy if pager and child output are interleaved as the pager controls the tty. Windows code is untested. Summary: In preparation for unifying all workspace dependencies across all crates, let's go ahead and move the jj-cli crate into its own new directory.
