46b61feb9a Open popup window when receiving a call 
We still need to style and allow people to accept the call but this
is a good starting point.

e17627b07d Use a SumTree as the backing storage of UndoMap 
This makes it cheap to clone and avoids slowdowns when there the undo
history is long.
