03619dfa55 Rename Drawable::boxed to into_element and make containers generic 
Multi-element are now generic over any drawable child, which can be converted
into an element.

There may have been a good reason for the difference at some point, or I was
still learning Rust. But now it's just &mut AppContext vs &AppContext.
